One of the things I love most about cooking is when clients ask me to prepare a very special international feast. To date, we have prepared and served Moroccan and Lebanese mezzes, a Dutch Indonesian Rijsttafel (rice buffet with sixteen course), an Indian anniversary dinner, an Asian extravaganza and so much more. We love tackling these exotic cuisines as it requires lots of research to get the menu just right and hours perusing exotic markets in NYC to source all of the specialty ingredients. At the end of the day, we've learned so much about food and culture and grown our repertoire as chefs and event planners. We look forward to making your next global dinner a huge success.

Once upon a time I was a true Francophile as a result of traveling to Paris and Cannes on a regular basis. I fell in love with French cuisine especially the cooking of the South. This seriously delicious roasted chicken replete with sides is one of our most requested meals for home delivery.
